I created From Trash to Tranquility — a walk through the once-gritty Meatpacking District and Hudson River Park’s repurposed shipping piers (pictured above).
Inspiration in Central Park: A global beauty brand wanted a relaxing, idea-promoting tour to kick off three days of meetings for 30 of their leaders — and the park’s history and visuals delivered perfectly.

This unique walking tour-workshop is a fun and relaxing outing. We’ll take a fascinating tour of the world’s greatest urban oasis while learning Quick Calm, The Tranquilizer, and more relaxation techniques along the way. Central Park is one of the great ideas of our time, and our conversations about the park’s history, design and vibe will provide more great ideas to use in the real world to promote health, leadership and creativity.
TOUR 8: New York For Newbies
This get-to-know-Gotham ‘tourientation’ is tailor-made for summer associates, new employee groups, incoming students and New York novices who will benefit from better understanding of how the city works, including the subway, sidewalk etiquette, safety smarts and wise ways to become or act like a real New Yorker—faster. We’ll learn these valuable skills in real time by navigating the city’s infrastructure, cultures and norms, while learning about the areas we visit.
TOUR 9: Let The River Run
The mighty Hudson River along Manhattan’s west side has and continues to be the launchpad for some of New York’s big and influential creations. Hudson River Park is one of them, and we’ll walk it to experience and discuss other river-born dreams including the steam boat, Little Island, Manhattan’s first beach, the Pier 57 Rooftop Park, pollution-filtering oyster beds, and New York itself. We’ll use the Hudson to inspire reinvention and visionary thinking in our personal and work lives.
TOUR 10: Village People: The Ultimate Influencers
Dylan, Roosevelt, Hendrix, Vanderbilt-Whitney, Pollock, Johnson, Jacobs, and of course, The Village People, are just a few of the Greenwich Village residents who star in this lively neighborhood tour. They had a seismic impact on life in New York City and beyond, and we’ll see where they lived, worked and played. Since the 1800s, the Village has been a magnet for would-be and world renowned influencers, We’ll talk about how they still teach, inspire and move us today.
